Best way to get gold? - Guild Wars Forums

I see some people slinging around 7k on runes, 25k on other things... this is nuts. I'm around lvl 13, and I can hardly keep 1k+ on me. What's the deal... any tips on gold gathering? Am I missing something?

Selling lots of stuff for 200g each adds up quick. So just save anything that is moderately good and sell it even if it takes an hour or more sitting in the city trying to sell it.

later in the game it is a lot easier to get better wepons ect. to sell on. More gold is dropped and u can get better more valuable crafting materials in larger quantities

You just have to experiment. Personally I can't STAND sitting around selling crap to foreigners (no offence) or noobs (no offence) whome I can't communicate with over trading, but a lot of people do it that way.
One way I used to make money was to buy Charr hides from people, then sell on the fur squares. Course this is much easier now, but they go for much cheaper cos there aint many people who don't know the new way to get fur. Personally I think the economy has taken a bit of a slide now fur is easier to get lmao.

Anyway, you just have to find a way that suits you, and don't pooh pooh an idea before you try it out. The people who I've tried to tell about MY way.. think I'm barmy and I end up draggin em outside n showin em lol.

(Oh by the way I'm a 14 W/E.. but i started doin it when i was level 9)
